Sometimes, you just need a feel-good record that get you in the mood. To that end, Los Angeles artist, writer and producer King Leaf returns with the music video for “Trixxx, Pt. 2” featuring the West Coast’s own Dom Kennedy. 

Leaf was born into music royalty, being the grandson of Ali-Ollie Woodson of the Temptations and son of Lateasha who was signed to Motown in the early ’90s. Having worked with a slew of both upcoming artists as well as OGs, he does not plan to let his foot off the gas pedal any time soon.

“Trixxx Pt. 2” is about the freedom of enjoying life, having fun and having all things in your favor. The synergy between the two artists just works, with Leaf blessing the hook with his vocals and Dom laying down a verse with his signature flow and sound.

Leaf croons, “I just wanna see you in your prime, I just wanna get you in your vibe… I just wanna make a bad bitch do a trick!”

Dom first heard the record at one of Los Angeles’ gentleman’s clubs and knew he wanted to jump on it. This is an anthem to live your best life this summer. Fans can expect many more collaborations to come.
