The Los Angeles Coroner's office completed its autopsy of Casey Johnson, who died in Los Angeles at the age of 30 Monday morning, but it deferred any conclusions until toxicology tests, which usually take six to eight weeks, are completed.

The coroner's office reported that Johnson's body showed no signs of trauma. A Los Angeles police officer had already called her demise “an apparent natural death.”

Los Angeles police officers responded to 910 N. Orlando Ave., near West Hollywood, about 11:51 a.m. Monday after a maid apparently found the Johnson & Johnson heiress dead. “There was no evidence of any foul play,” said Officer Sara Faden.

E! Online reported that the woman was rumored to have had a history of drug problems.

In November she staged a wedding engagement via web video with reality television star Tila “Tequila” Nguyen, who later reported that Johnson had been staying at her house Christmas weekend but then went completely offline.

Johnson, he great-great granddaughter of Johnson & Johnson co-founder Robert Wood Johnson, was born to New York Jets owner Woody Johnson and socialite Sale Johnson.
