February may be a short month, but as far as club and party events go, it’s huge! Promoters are still celebrating David Bowie this month (check here for a couple more yet to occur), while Valentine's Day brings some sexy spectacles to the club scene, and a new club venue promises to make a big splash. Mixed in this month: Grammy parties, dress-up events, even a little Dr. Dre. Mark your calendars now ‘cause even in the winter, California knows how to party.
