Adoteca in Brentwood will serve a special prix fixe sea urchin menu. Three courses include a sea urchin carpaccio; black ink tagliolini with sea urchin; and butter-poached lobster served with burrata cheese, sea urchin and mache salad. David Tanis at Lucques
Lucques is hosting a dinner inspired by David Tanis' new cookbook, One Good Dish. Tanis (former Chez Panisse chef and New York Times columnist) will be present for a book signing, and each guest will receive a copy. “Inside the Kitchen With Patina” Cooking Classes
The first installment of Patina's cooking class series, “Inside the Kitchen With Patina,” will be led by Patina executive chef Charles Olalia. Participants will prepare a three-course French meal: sardines; veal osso bucco with cornmeal dumplings with peas and lemon gremolata; and toffee soufflé with banana ice cream for dessert.
