Foie Gras Dinner

House chef Greg Daniels welcomes guest chefs David Coleman (Michaels on Naples), Vartan Abgaryan (Public Bar & Kitchen), Alex Reznik (La Seine), Jordan Toft (Eveleigh) and Brendan Collins (Waterloo & City, Larry's) to step behind the stoves for this foie-centric 7-course feast.

Paris Cookbook Fair

It certainly isn't local, but if you can get John Travolta to fly you to France on his private plane, it should be a breeze. This five-day affair (the first three days are only for pros; the last two are open to everyone) is the world's largest cookbook festival with tons of cooking demos, presentations, tastings and book sellers.
