Can You Dig It?
Chef David LeFevre kicks off a seasonal series where he hosts a guest chef who will cook a three-course meal of shareable small plates. For the inaugural event, it's LeFevre's pal Giuseppe Tentori (Boka, GT Fish & Oyster in Chicago), who's highlighting produce from Maryann Carpenter of Coastal Farms (Santa Paula, CA).

Global Food Porn Day
Be a part of this global moment of food porn by documenting the world's largest simultaneous communal snack. On February 24th at precisely noon EST (9 a.m. for Angelenos), join food-obsessed folks around the globe by snapping a photo of your meal and emailing the picture to Art House Co-op. They'll create an exhibition from these self-portraits. It's free to participate, but you must sign up by Feb. 22.

Test Kitchen Burger Night
The pop-up returns with a burger-fueled Test Kitchen night featuring a slew of guest bartenders and five chefs: Walter Manzke, Kris Morningstar (Ray's & Stark Bar), Ori Menashe (Bestia), Adam Horton (Raphael) Short Order's own Christian Page (Short Order). Mixologists joining Julian Cox include Daniel Warrilow (Son of a Gun), Paul Sanguinetti (Ray's & Stark Bar) and Chris Parke (Raphael). The menu and featured cocktails will be available one night only. Look for a Vietnamese pork burger with Taleggio, polenta fries, Scotch eggs, an upgraded File O'Fish sandwich made with sand dabs and a burger comprised of housemade mortadella and Moroccan beets.

ColLAboration Winterfest
The mobile craft beer garden, rescheduled from a couple months ago because of insane winds, is back with beers from Avery, Bootleggers, Bruery, Beachwood, Cismontane, Dogfish Head, Eagle Rock Brewery, Eel River, Hangar 24, Golden Road Brewing, Lost Abbey, Russian River, Smog City, TAPS and more. Any 2011 ColLAb glasses can be used for admission. Limited-edition Winterfest steins are $15 while supplies last

Market Basket Cocktails
The Culver City bar launches its new Sunday happy hour, featuring custom-made cocktails from bartenders Jeremy Back and Gia St. George. Every Sunday from 3 p.m. until closing, diners can pick a favorite spirit, fruit and syrup, and get an impromptu drink for $6. Spirits include rum, rye and gin while fruit selections will be market-driven.
