Wolf in Sheep's Clothing, Venice's newest dining destination, will be offering an open bar from 9-11 p.m., featuring handmade cocktails, craft beer and wine. A $75 four-course prix-fixe menu of Southern-style specials also will be offered, with each table receiving a complimentary traditional dish of black-eyed peas and jalapeño cheddar cornbread with pear butter.
