The Cabeza Debacle (Help Us Buy Ham)

This bizarre event will feature a lively communal reading of La Relación, conquistador Cabeza De Vaca's account of his journey to America as told to the king of Spain. The main event will be a ham bar, featuring top-shelf jamón ibérico alongside Spanish cheeses.

Art Institute L.A. Food Truck Battle

The International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute will challenge students, food chefs and celebrity chefs to create a dish using themed ingredients. James Beard Award nominees Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, plus contestants from previous seasons of The Great Food Truck Race, the Lime Truck and Sky's Gourmet Tacos, will be on-site to judge the match-ups.
