Guest chef Adam Fleischman of Umami Burger will serve plant-based versions of his burgers, including the Cali burger, Hatch burger and truffle burger. Herzog Wine Cellars celebrates the latest imported wines and nationally recognized cuisine at its annual International Food & Wine Festival. Mark Peel at Il Grano
Longtime L.A. chefs Mark Peel and Salvatore Marino will be cooking in Marino's kitchen at Il Grano for a guest chef collaboration. The two chefs, who have been friends for years, will cook on two weekends, Feb. 21-22 and Feb. 28-March 1. For $75, you get four courses of “early spring” dishes, including several options of fresh vegetables, seafood, pastas and more. Add $45 for an optional wine pairing.
