Breakfast in the Bend

The Echo Park beer pub is hosting a brunch to benefit Share Our Strength, with Golden Road brews at $4 and three $10 specials: chili-cheese baked omelettes, Bend breakfast burritos, and the namesake waffles with fresh berries. A dollar from each pint and $5 from each special sold will be donated to the nonprofit organization.

Crush: An Artisanal Wine and Food Tasting

Beach Cream, Real Food Daily, West Coast Wines and Muddy Leek are among restaurants and wine purveyors serving unlimited food and drink on Sunday. Live music will be provided by a contestant from The Voice and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts Jazz Ensemble. Fresh + Sunny will spin tunes as well. All proceeds go to the 18th Street Arts Center.

Beercentricity

Craftsman Brewing, Kinetic Brewing, Eagle Rock Brewery and Automatic Brewing host a beer discussion at Barbara's at the Brewery. An admission ticket buys you four beers from the brewers and food designed to pair with the booze.
