“A Dinner For Prune” — A Celebration for Gabrielle Hamilton at Lucques
Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne, presents a special evening inspired by Prune, the new cookbook by Gabrielle Hamilton. The dinner is Hamilton’s exclusive appearance in Los Angeles.Goin and Styne  will present a four course menu drawn from the cookbook. Beginning with Grated Radish with Trout Roe and Brown Butter guests will feast on Pigeon with Parsley Vinaigrette and Seeded Toasts; Stewed Pork Butt with Creamed Hominy and Salsa Verde; and Grilled Spring Onions, Romesco Salt and Lime. Hamilton’s dessert of Ricotta Ice Cream with Dark Caramel Croutons concludes the dinner.

Mastering the Art of the Macaron with Razmig Tchoboian
Learn how to perfect the art of the classic Parisian cookie at home from Napoléon’s Macarons owner and French native Razmig Tchoboian, who will be sharing insider tips on how to craft the elusive shell and whipping up the fillings for which he is known. The class features hands-on instruction in making Bourbon Pumpkin Chai Cheesecake and Salted Caramel macarons. Reservations are required.
