Ceviche Project Pop-Up 
Husband-and-wife team Octavio and Shannon Olivas of Ceviche Project bring a five-course seafood pop-up to downtown L.A., with Caliche rum and Casamigos tequila cocktail pairings, courtesy of Cocktail Academy. Must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets must be purchased in advance at www.cevicheproject.com. The (secret!) location in DTLA will be revealed upon purchase.

Ommegang Game of Thrones Tap Takeover at Plan Check 

In anticipation of the Game of Thrones season-four premiere, Plan Check Kitchen + Bar Fairfax is hosting a two-week collaboration with Brewery Ommegang of Cooperstown, N.Y. Deals include eight Belgian-style craft beers, with a flight of five for $5 $8. The tap takeover culminates with the April 6 Game of Thrones premiere and the release of Ommegang's newest beer, Fire & Blood – buy a pint and you get a limited-edition stein. Plan Check executive chef Ernesto Uchimura put a Game of Thrones burger on the menu to pair with the special brews. Call (310) 288-6500 for more information.
