Sriracha Tribute Dinner
In honor of the rooster sauce we all know and love, Neal Fraser and Lewis Chan will offer a five-course, Sriracha-themed dinner, which will begin with a lobster roll in a house-made brioche bun topped with Sriracha aioli. Courses to follow include a Sriracha tagliatelle with Santa Barbara prawns, crispy pork belly in a Sriracha soy glaze and rib-eye poutine with Sriracha gravy. Mariah Swan will round out your dinner with s'mores featuring a five-spice graham cracker and Sriracha marshmallow. Items on the menu also will be available à la carte.

Free Indian Vegetarian Entertaining Class
Learn to make an Indian and Pakistani vegetarian feast from longtime local cooking instructor Farhana Sahibzada. The menu will include a fruit chaat salad, malai kofta (vegetarian meatballs) and a vegetable biryani.

Open Mic Night
For his night guesting at Phillip Lee's Scratch|Bar, Patina alum Jason Fullilove has planned a seven-course surf-and-turf menu. The first course of uni will graduate to a main of spice-cured smoked lamb belly with couscous. Dessert will be a glazed croissant doughnut with smoked cocoa nibs and sea salt Mexican hot chocolate. The last reservation available will be at 10 p.m.
