We like 'em innocent on the outside, bad on the inside.

And thus, we bring you No. 7 on our list of Hot Chicks In The News 2010: Alexis Neiers, convicted member of the “bling ring” of burglars that targeted the homes of the rich-and-famous.

Except that Neiers is rich and famous too. Perfect. And, apparently, she has a drug problem. And a reality show. Does it get any better?

It does. In late November, after they had not heard from her for months, probation authorities went to check on Neiers at her Westlake Village home. What did they find?

Black tar heroin.

But the judge was as tough as sheriff's deputies arresting Mel Gibson. After she was put on probation for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's house, and then violated that probation, she was given one year of live-in drug rehab.

Hard time if you're from Westlake Village.

What we admire most about Neiers, besides the fact she was born in the '90s and besides her talent for turning her criminal tendencies into a reality show (E!'s Pretty Wild), is that she was the most vocal in the bling-ring bunch about her innocence.

Like we said, we like 'em naughty and nice.
