Tonight at the Echo and Echoplex in Echo Park, a bunch of bands are teaming up to perform a benefit called “Kick Out the Clots,” for Spaceland Productions' booker Jennifer Tefft, who is working to deal with medical bills she accrued trying to get a handle on a blood clotting problem. If you've ever been blown away by a show at Spaceland, you can thank Tefft for signing on the dotted line to bring the band to the club. She's the decider, and could use your help.

Even if you're not the charitable kind, you can go for the music, which promises to be an interesting batch of talent. To wit: She Wants Revenge, Living Things, Dead Meadow, The LA Ladies Choir, Great Northern, Rocco DeLuca, Nico Stai and Useless Keys. Manning the turntables will be DJs Kevin Bronson, Dia and Sylvia.

That's TONIGHT at the Echo and Echoplex (enter through the Echoplex on Glendale).
