With brunch service tomorrow, Salt's Cure owners Chris Phelps and Zak Walters say goodbye to the original location of Salt's Cure. They'll open in a new location in Hollywood sometime later this month.

“We are very grateful for the amazing five years West Hollywood has given us,” Walters announced via press release. “Watching Salt's Cure grow and be able to expand could not have happened without the support of our neighborhood.”

Salt's Cure has been in its Santa Monica Avenue West Hollywood location for six years, during which time it has received many accolades and a strong fan base. Two years ago it became an all-day operation, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. It was one of the first establishments in town to dedicate itself to in-house butchery, which it practices for all of its meat products.

The new space will be much larger, and will offer a full bar led by bar manager Daniel Zacharczuk, and an expanded wine list, curated by Matt Ahern of Next Generation Wine Co.

The last brunch service will be served tomorrow at the current location, 7494 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
