24th Street and Chester Avenue Car Crash Left Toddler Injured

BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 13, 2021) A car crash on 24th Street and Chester Avenue left one toddler injured last Saturday morning.

According to the preliminary investigation, officials claimed that one of the vehicles involved in the crash ran past a red light.

Police pointed out to the passengers that the 3-year-old was not properly buckled into the car seat.

Furthermore, the toddler is currently in critical condition at a local hospital due to the impact.

In the end, the Bakersfield Police Department closed down 24th Street for at least one hour from K Street to Chester Avenue.
