So let's get this straight: Joe Francis, the man who has made millions off of exposing the body parts of young women is suing a would-be author so the Girls Gone Wild founder isn't … exposed?!

Indeed. Francis, once dubbed the Douche of the Decade, filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court to prevent Ryan D. Simkin, a former GGW camerman, from publishing a tell-all book titled Flash! Bars, Boobs and Busted: 5 Years on the Road With Girls Gone Wild.

Apparently the man who has made a living off the exposure of others had his employee sign a nondisclosure agreement, at least according to Francis' filing.

The document, according to the suit, prevents Simkin from disclosing confidential information or speaking publicly “in a manner that could harm the reputation of Mr. Francis or the Girls Gone Wild enterprise and brand.”

Sounds like Francis might have something to hide. He's seeking unspecified damages.
