We will refrain from making the obvious “she said no” joke.

But after entering rehab just a week ago, Amy Winehouse already checked herself out, says her representative. Last Wednesday, the singer entered a treatment facility in London, and her rep released the following statement:

Amy Winehouse has embarked on a treatment program at the Priory Clinic. She wants to be ready for performances in Europe this summer and decided to seek an assessment. She will remain at the Priory on doctors' advice.

Today, her spokesman said she's “raring to go.” We bet (watch out, London).

Still no official word on why the singer checked into rehab in the first place (oh, like we don't know why), but the Priory Clinc treats for a range of psychiatric problems, including drug and alcohol addiction. Winehouse will continue as an outpatient even though her tour begins June 18.
