Major Traffic Reported in Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 44

REDDING, CA (October 4, 2021) A three-vehicle crash on Highway 44 caused injuries and delayed traffic on Tuesday morning.

The accident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. on westbound Highway 44 at the Park Marina Drive/Sundial Bridge exit.

According to the CHP website, at least one individual suffered minor injuries. Two vehicles sustained substantial damage, though the events leading up to the accident remain unclear.

Police did not release any additional information at this time. However, the accident remains under investigation.
