3 Hospitalized after 5-Car Collision near McBean Parkway
SANTA CLARITA, CA (January 20, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, three people were injured in a multi-vehicle accident on Newhall Ranch Road.
Responders received reports of the incident along Newhall Ranch Road and McBean Parkway around 1:15 p.m.
According to the preliminary report, the collision involved five vehicles. However, the events leading up still remain unclear.
Moreover, reports indicate that three ambulances were requested to the scene. Paramedics transported three patients for further treatment of unknown injuries.
As a result of the crash, both the westbound lanes of Newhall Ranch Road and the majority of the north and southbound lanes of McBean Parkway closed while personnel worked on the scene.
