Traffic Crash near Highway 92 Left Several Hospitalized

SIERRA VISTA, AZ (March 8, 2022) – On Sunday, a chase lead to a rollover crash near Ramsey Canyon injuring three teenagers.

The crash happened near Ramsey Canyon and Highway 92 at about 3:40 p.m.

Furthermore the teens, whose identities remain unknown, were traveling near the Sierra Vista Estates in a red car at a high rate of speed.

Consequently, the red car collided with another vehicle, causing it to overturn.

Moreover, police said one occupant from the red vehicle was ejected upon the impact of the collision.

Paramedics airlifted the three victims and transported them to nearby hospitals. Two teens were taken to CVMC while the third teen was at a Tucson-area hospital.

No other details have been made available as of this time.

However, Cochise County Sheriff’s officials are currently investigating the crash.
