54-Year-Old Man Declared Dead After Three-Car Collision near Cheyenne Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (May 30, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, a multi-vehicle crash at Interstate 15 claimed the life of Thomas Otken.

The accident took place just south of Cheyenne Avenue on May 16th, at around 2:38 p.m.

Nevada State Patrol reported a chain-like reaction crash involving three vehicles in the northbound area of I-15. A white Nissan van failed to stop and struck another white Nissan van which then crash into the back of a black Dodge minivan.
