29-Year-Old Man Charged after Fatally Striking Motorcyclist on Allen Lane

LAS VEGAS, NV (April 12, 2022) – Saturday morning, Thomas Munoz Jr. was arrested after a deadly motorcycle collision on Ann Road.

The incident occurred around 7:00 a.m., near the intersection of Ann Road and Allen Lane.

According to reports, Munoz was speeding north in a sedan through a red light. Meanwhile, the motorcyclist was heading west on Ann Road through a green light when the two vehicles collided.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the motorcyclist in his 50s, dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released his identity.

Officers later arrested and booked Thomas Munoz Jr., on DUI resulting in death, failure to follow traffic lights, reckless driving, failure to render aid and not wearing a seatbelt.

At this time, an active investigation to determine further details remains ongoing.
