The legendary, world-reknowned L.A. party scene has existed for decades but, with the expected legalization of recreational marijuana use in November, parties are evolving to the next level. The @MarijuanaDon on Instagram, aka Big Mike from Advanced Nutrients, threw a Marijuana Mansion Party overlooking the Hollywood Hills on Saturday, Aug 13.
