Aside from her work in the arts, Victoria is a vocal supporter of many social causes. She has worked with organizations like the non-profit AIDS Foundation in Berlin, Germany, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation in the United States. Another TV channel she runs is 24Fashion TV, an American fashion television channel featuring top fashion runways and films. This channel can be seen on Roku TV and Amazon Fire TV. Victoria is also the head of VUGA Enterprises Media Group, a PR/marketing, entertainment, and technology conglomerate with over 70 digital newspapers and magazines under its ownership and sees a combined monthly unique visitor count of over 6 million.
Victoria’s interests extend beyond media and entertainment. She is also the Co-founder and VP of Edison Aerospace, an innovative American aviation company developing commercial electric aviation.

You have such an incredible background! Can you tell us how and why you became a writer?
It all started from music. I studied at a top music school and was writing original music and lyrics from an early age. One of my music projects led me to develop the character of The Exorcist, a superhero avenging evil acts of dictators and despots around the world. My first comic book was published on comiXology, and now I am preparing to release a series of graphic novels and developing a movie adaptation. That was my first foray into literature and was followed by a very personal project about a girl and a boy, Emma and Luke.
That brings us to your latest book, “Emma + Luke =”, a young adult sci-fi novel. What inspired you to write this book?
I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of parallel universes, hidden worlds, and what would happen if we could meet the beings who live there. I, for one, think we will find creatures very much like us.
The original inspiration for the characters in this story was my mother, who wrote a brief character study on a sheet of paper just before she passed away from cancer. When I found that note under her pillow after she was gone, the characters really touched me and inspired me to write a story for them, somewhere they could live on. And what a story the first book turned out to be!
I wanted to write this story about two kids who are struggling to find their place in the world and who discover that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
Can you give us a brief summary of “Emma + Luke =”?
Absolutely! “Emma + Luke =” is a series of six young adult sci fi novels. The world of Emma and Luke is a complete universe of many different worlds, many of them populated by fascinating creatures, that hypothesizes that humanity has its origins in an ancient and ongoing experiment conducted by worlds in several different galaxies. This story teaches kids and adults about bigotry, human rights, friendship, and other unique human foibles. It also shines a light on our human society and its defects and shortcomings when seen from the outside by a completely alien intelligence. This is the best way to bring attention to the problems in our world and society that have become endemic.

Yes, I’ve taken part in many actions because we must all do our part to make this world a better place. I know what unfairness and discrimination are first-hand from my childhood and from my family, and this motivated me to do all I can to change things for the better. I am a long-time supporter of the LGBT movement and received an award for helping the international fight against human slavery and trafficking. My dream is to start a foundation that will support artists whose works teach people and make a difference in the world by.
Do you have a role model in the entertainment world and what effect have they had on your work?
The work of J.K. Rowling and her personal story never fail to astound me. The level of strength, perseverance, and humility she demonstrated to achieve her status is truly remarkable. Similarly, Oprah Winfrey, a prominent and accomplished figure in various fields, including media, entertainment, and philanthropy, serves as a role model for me. Both women have dedicated their lives to improving the world and the lives of its inhabitants, leaving an indelible impact that continues to inspire me.
