Though the fireworks can be seen from miles away, you can't beat the primo viewing spots on the Queen Mary. The retired historic 1930s ocean liner, which is said to be haunted by the ghosts of overstuffed tourists past, gives guests live bands and DJ's spinning at not one, but three different parties on the ship's Observation Bar, Queen's Salon and Sun Deck. Plus, roaming street performers, including singers, dancers, magicians and annoying mimes just begging to be thrown in the water.
