The fundamental elements of a throbbing summer pool party can be mixed together in any order, but many include the following: tattoos, gallons of vodka, dance music, muscles, very little clothing, healthy sex drives, and of a course, a pool (size doesn't matter). Swirl them all together in a hot, public place (a hotel rooftop, preferably) and a pool party you've created. From LA to NYC to Miami and places between, here are the people you will see at a pool party during the summer. Don't forget the tanning oil.
