Standing for “VIP Event Relations,” VIPER was created to fill a niche need in the events industry – a professional, poised and sexy team of door hospitality professionals that handle all aspects of door operation. Durve and Kitchener share how they met and how VIPER by KCH went from being an idea to the successful company it is today.

Nothing like the company exists in the city, so with no direct competition, they’ve been at the forefront of some pretty amazing parties. The ladies share with us some of the coolest events they’ve worked and all the crazy stories that come with it.

What does it take to work at VIPER? Learn the tips and tricks for getting into the industry. A good start would be to not fraternize with guests – tune in to learn why.

Social media plays a huge role in today’s industries. This week’s podcast delves into how to best curate your feed, both personal and professional.

Things begin to heat up as the group describes their worst dates. Calle asks if you should follow up after a bad date, or if you should just let it go. Who pays?
