When he was the regular center square on Hollywood Squares (look it up, kids) for 14 seasons, Paul Lynde had boatloads of classic quick-witted zingers. Here's a fave: When asked by host Peter Marshall, “As any good boat enthusiast knows, that when a man falls out of a boat, you yell “Man overboard.” Now, what should you yell if a woman falls out of a boat?” Lynde quipped back, “Full speed ahead!” Thank goodness the man never lived in these politically correct times. Michael Airington has been doing Paul Lynde since he was just a kid who knew how to tie a silk scarf around his neck. Airington returns with his delightful, hilarious and thoughtful one-man show Oh My Goodness … It's Paul Lynde. Marshall himself provided the voice-overs, and Airington adds suggestively, “We've had some input from Kaye Ballard, Cloris Leachman, Andy Williams.” Hmmmm.
