Not entirely a spoof of Fifty Shades of Grey, and not to be confused with the 2013 parody book, Fifty Shades of Oy Vey, Shelley Fisher’s one-woman show still gives audiences plenty of reasons to laugh. In the musical, the Memphis-born blond sings and talks about her journey from Jewish girl from the south to Hollywood singer with more than a dozen original blues, rock and pop songs, as well as songs written by her musical director/accompanist Ken Hirsch.
