Is yawning contagious? Can vodka cure foot odor or bad breath? Can sticking one's finger in a gun barrel stop a bullet? Is it possible for a human to catch a bullet in his teeth? Can hitting a bug at high speeds on a motorcycle be fatal? How much fun does the Mythbusters staff have coming up with myths to scientifically prove or disprove? Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, hosts of Discovery's popular Mythbusters, are hosting an onstage “Behind the Myths Tour”! In each episode, Adam and Jamie come up with some sort of myth either from an Internet video, a famous scene from a movie or a popular saying. They then test the myth as a science experiment, and a lot of the time they start small-scale, then go to big-scale. And during an episode, as they're working on that, fellow Mythbusters Kari, Grant and Tori also test a myth. A lot of the myths they test have to do with blowing things up, crashing cars, flying airplanes right next to each other, etc. In the end, each myth is either confirmed, plausible or busted. The show is going to have awesome on-stage experiments, audience participation, videos and behind-the-scenes stories.
