It's officially summer, which means — in theory, anyway — vacation and lots and lots of free time. And while you probably plan to use that free time binge watching a television series, maybe you should try to pull yourself away from Battlestar Galactica for a moment and read a book. To give yourself a break, to remember what fun it is to read a book from cover to cover.

And thus this flowchart: If and when you want to read something marginally or completely related to food, we have a few suggestions. Download a few onto your Kindle or pick up the hard copies, get away from Netflix for a few hours and spend the afternoon on the beach with your books and your dog. Hi, summer.
