The whole family will enjoy learning all about death and mourning etiquette during the Victorian era in four of these historic homes. In the historic Perry Residence, you can see how a family believed in spirits. At another home, see how they prepared for a funeral service. Outside at the Shaw House, see a traditional altar for Los Dias de los Muertos. Bring a picnic for Saturday night's screening of the 1910 silent Frankenstein. Sunday tours are appropriate for children under 12 and include Victorian crafts.

Sat., Oct. 25, 12-4 p.m.; Sun., Oct. 26, 12-4 p.m., 2008
