A Passion for Technology From the Start
Hassan’s fascination with technology began when he first touched a computer. It was a rare sight in his village, but it changed everything for him.
“When I first got my hands on a computer, I knew it was a game-changer,” Hassan recalls. “I was driven to learn new stuff, and without any external help, I got the hang of hardware and software.”
Without access to formal training, Hassan taught himself how computers work. He dismantled and repaired devices, read online forums, and experimented with software. His undying curiosity set the foundation for his future in tech entrepreneurship.

Early Entrepreneurial Lessons
Hassan didn’t have financial security, but he had something more valuable: ambition.
He explains how he worked tirelessly to fund his learning: “I took on part-time jobs and side hustles, including buying and selling cell phones, to learn about business and build valuable relationships.”
This hands-on experience introduced Hassan to the fundamentals of commerce. He learned sales, negotiation, and customer relations. Each of these skills would later become crucial when he launched his business.
However, traditional education didn’t resonate with Hassan. Instead of following the conventional path, he focused on real-world experience. In his mind, gaining knowledge through action rather than textbooks was more beneficial.

Building Wordsense From the Ground Up
In 2013, Hassan founded Wordsense, an IT company specializing in digital solutions. But starting a business from scratch wasn’t easy. He faced financial roadblocks and plenty of industry competition.
“Launching a company wasn’t easy—faced with many complications, I still kept going,” Hassan confirms. “The pandemic affected my business to such an extent that I was forced to shut down my business with my own hands.”
The pandemic forced Hassan to close the business he had worked tirelessly to build. But instead of dwelling on the loss, he used the setback as fuel for his next move.
“Although I was forced to terminate something I had built with such great struggle, the incident laid the foundation for the business I currently own—and fortunately, I have no regrets,” he shares.
Hassan’s ability to pivot and adapt turned a devastating loss into a stepping stone for future success.
