Two years ago, there were ten instances of people in Japan growing ill after consuming dumplings made from a factory in China. The frozen dumplings, it turned out, were poisoned, leading to a great deal of back and fourth between the Japanese and Chinese governments. Investigations were made by both sides, but the source of the poison was not found.

Now, the Associated Press is reporting, it looks like the Chinese government has found their man. Lu Yueting, 36, confessed to his crimes and lead authorities to the syringes he had used. Why he kept the syringes for the last two years is not immediately clear.
