Sofia Coppola's new film The Bling Ring, opening in L.A. this Friday, June 14, tells the story of five teen bandits who stole approximately $3 million worth of property from several celebrities' homes in 2008-09 — all while making it look easy.

While all the celebrity targets have reportedly moved since 2009, you can check out the homes that were robbed in our Google Map, below. Plus, you can see where the teens went to school and what they did with the stolen property.

Here are some of the locations in the map:

High schools

The real-life inspirations for the characters Rebecca and Marc, Rachel Lee and Nick Progo, both went to Calabasas High School (22855 Mulholland Hwy., Calabasas) briefly before being expelled and moving to Indian Hills High School (28545 West Driver Ave.,

Agoura Hills) — depicted in the film as a “drop-out school.”

Paris Hilton's home: 3340 Clerendon Road

In both fact and the fiction of the film, Hilton's Hollywood Hills compound is the bandits' first target, and a repeated one — after Rebecca and Marc visit alone, they bring the rest of the Bling Ring for future outings.

Kitson: 115 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills

The store on Robertson Boulevard is seen on-screen as a shopping destination for the suddenly cash-flush Rebecca and Marc.

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr's home: 2645 Outpost Dr., Hollywood

Bloom put this property up for lease in 2011 — two years after the Bling Ring made the pair's home one of its first targets. In the film, the characters talk about wanting Kerr's Victoria's Secret underwear; Kerr worked as a model for the brand.

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox's home: 7387 Woodrow Wilson Dr., Hollywood

Green's home, in which Fox was living at the time, was another early target for the Ring. (Fox — and presumably now-husband Green — have since moved elsewhere.) Some of the items stolen from Fox are sold on Venice Boardwalk.

Audrina Patridge's home: 6393 Bryn Mawr Dr., Hollywood

Rebecca and Marc case Patridge's home on Oscar night — same as their real-life counterparts — but the former star of The Hills posts the surveillance video of the burglary to her website. (Despite this, Rebecca and Marc aren't caught, in the film or real life.)

Rachel Bilson's home: 4560 Gainsborough Ave., Los Feliz

Despite Patridge's video going viral, Rebecca is emboldened by not getting caught and drags Marc and the others into going to Rachel Bilson's home — one of the last homes Lee hit in real life before moving to Las Vegas.

Lindsay Lohan's home: 2200 block of El Contento Dr., Hollywood

Though in real life Lee had already moved away by the time she and the Ring robbed Lohan, in the film Lohan's is the last home Rebecca robs before she leaves for Vegas. It is also the Ring's last target before they get caught.
