San Diego band The Black Heart Procession has spent the last 10 years spreading their dark pop sounds like oil in water. Tonight, the band delivers the rocking and haunting melodies at Spaceland. Founding members vocalist/guitarist Pall Jenkins and guitarist/pianist Tobias Nathaniel will unveil new songs off their upcoming sixth album, fittingly entitled Six.

The new one dives deeper into the melodic chamber pop that the Black Heart Procession does so well, and explores the dark side of love and heartbreak. Don't worry, it's more Tom Waits than Goth rock, so leave leave your guyliner at home.
