“The Best Gig I Ever Saw” is a weekly column that will see us ask a musician to chat about their favorite concert thus far. This week it’s singer, actress and former X Factor contestant Bea Miller…

One of my favorite concerts was seeing Tom Odell a few years ago. I was so in love with the album he had just released at the time and I remember singing every word, feeling like I was the only person in the room. He connected so well with the crowd through his music and it felt so real and honest. He also had a really brilliant band playing with him who were all so individually talented that his guitarist actually sang an entire song by himself. You could tell by the way they interacted that they were all truly friends and having a great time, which made you in the audience have an even better time. It was amazing.

Bea Miller plays with Kah-Lo and Kennedi at 9 p.m. on Saturday, November 30 at the Fonda Theatre.
