This weekend, for the first time in L.A. Pride's long history, the traditional celebratory parade was replaced with a more political #ResistMarch, in reaction to the current presidential administration's unaccommodating views on LGBT rights. Certain members of L.A.'s LGBT community were concerned that the somber nature of a resistance march would put a damper on the festivities, but that was hardly the case. Celebs including Lisa Vanderpump participated in the march, while Nancy Pelosi, Chris Rock, Adam Lambert and America Ferrera spoke at the podium. Performers at the festival included Erika Jayne, Brandy and Brooke Candy. There was fun at the end of the rainbow after all.
