There are a wealth of farmers markets in L.A., from the biggest and most famous Hollywood Farmers Market, which takes up blocks in all directions, to the nighttime South Pasadena Farmers Market, which lets you sleep in before heading over. The Santa Monica Farmers Market has beautiful people and produce, as well as a lovely selection of organic eggs and meat. It's held Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Arizona Avenue between Fourth and Ocean, and parking is free for the first hour and a half (we suggest parking at lot 2). And a few vendors, such as Schaner Farms, sell to the public only at this location. Photos by Star Foreman
