The open-air 626 Night Market, modeled after evening bazaars in Asia, recently announced the dates – in May, June, July, August and September – for its fourth season. 

The market made its debut in April of 2012, drawing crowds of 40,000. Last year, attendance averaged over 55,000 people per event.

While its vendors traditionally sling Asian-inspired foods (think: stinky tofu and kebabs), the market also is known for quirkier options such as ramen tacos and a Sriracha tasting menu. The “626” refers to the area code of the San Gabriel Valley, a hotbed for Asian food in Los Angeles (and the market's home).

This year, there will be two events in Costa Mesa and three events in Arcadia. Both locations will have over 200 food and retail vendors in addition to musical performances and art showcases. And for the first time, the market will span three days instead of two.

Here are the details:

OC Night Market: Held at the OC Fair and Event Center on May 8–10 and June 5–7, from 4 p.m.–12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 4–10 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is $5 and parking is $7. Children 6 and under are free.

626 Night Market: Held at Santa Anita Park on July 3–5, August 7–9 and September 4–6, from 4 p.m.–1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 4 p.m.–11 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is $3 with free parking. Children 6 and under are free.
