Next Monday, the former Test Kitchen space celebrates its 1-year anniversary with the return of several high-profile TK alumni to the kitchens. Upstairs at Picca, chef Ricardo Zarate will host Kogi impresario Roy Choi and Mozza pastry chef Dahlia Narvaez. Downstairs at Sotto, chefs Steve Samson and Zach Pollack welcome Walter Manzke (formerly of Church & State), Nancy Silverton (Mozza, Short Order, etc.), David Lefevre (MB Post) and Matt Molina (Mozza).

Several of the city's top bartenders will be mixing cocktails including Matt Biancaniello of Library Bar and Dave Kupchinsky of Eveleigh at Picca and Joel Black and Kate Grutman at Sotto. Julian Cox leads the after party at Picca's Mezzanine Bar starting at 11 p.m. Full details after the jump.
