Traffic Accident on Loveridge Road Left One Fatality

PITTSBURG, CA (April 5, 2022) – Tuesday evening, a pedestrian crash on Highway 4 left 35-year-old Terrence McNeal-Bonner dead, police said.

According to the investigators, a gray Toyota Camry struck a pedestrian while walking eastbound on the highway, just east of the Loveridge Road on-ramp.

Furthermore, the California Highway Patrol stated that McNeal-Bonner died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the Toyota driver remained uninjured.

Moreover, in the end, the CHP diverted traffic off of Highway 4 at the Railroad Avenue exit. Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding and leading up to the collision are unknown at this time. More information will be updated as it becomes available to the public.
