Tonight at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the great MusiCares Foundation will honor its 2010 person of the year: Neil Young. The charity helps musicians in need, and its annual gala, which occurs every year during Grammy weekend, is a magnificently star-studded affair that this year includes performances by Jack Black, Jackson Browne, T Bone Burnett, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Sheryl Crow, Everest, Patty Griffin, Josh Groban, Emmylou Harris, Elton John, Norah Jones, Lady Antebellum, k.d. lang, Dave Matthews, John Mellencamp, Ozomatli, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Leon Russell, James Taylor, Wilco, and Abe Vigoda.
