1 Sent to Hospital after Rollover Crash on State Route 300
MASON COUNTY, WA (November 3, 2021) – One teenager sustained injuries Saturday afternoon following a rollover crash on State Route 300.
The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. October 23, west on State Route 300 south of Belfair in Mason County.
According to reports, a 21-year-old Polaris RZR driver made a U-turn in a gravel pullout, but while re-entering the road, the vehicle hit the edge and slid onto its passenger side, blocking both lanes.
Emergency crews took the teen passenger to St. Michael Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Meanwhile, officers said the driver and the other passenger did not sustain any harm.
Authorities do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.
