A motorist who stops and jumps out of a red car completely nude to flash teenage girls has done it again in the San Fernando Valley, cops say.

The LAPD this week released a new sketch (after the jump) of the suspect hoping that someone will recognize him and come forward. Cops also issued a “be on the lookout” bulletin warning women that he's on the prowl in Panorama City and Arleta.

Here's what they say about him:

The guy has flashed teenage girls near middle and high schools in the San Fernando Valley more than a dozen times since August, 2011.

The latest flashing happened Dec. 22, according to an LAPD statement:

… An 18-year-old girl was walking on the sidewalk near Woodman Avenue and Lassen Street, when she noticed a red compact car parked at the curb with the passenger door open. A fair-skinned man unexpectedly jumped out from the open car door, completely naked, and extended his arms toward the girl as if to hug or grab her. The girl ran away, and the suspect drove away in the red car.

LAPD Det. Luz Montero:

Two victims in separate incidents have given us descriptions that have resulted in two nearly identical sketches. We think the suspect lives in the area he prowls … We're calling him a flasher, but since he has tried to grab victims, the stakes are much higher.

His car is described as a compact, possibly an older a Honda, Toyota, or Nissan. Cops say he might have tried to hide its plate with a shirt or towel. The suspect is in his 30s or so, with receding, graying hair and a medium to tall build, police said. He possibly has a scar on one cheek. And his name might be Paul.

All the victims were teenage Latinas, according to the LAPD.
