15-Year-Old Girl Fatally Struck in Auto Collision on Camelback Road

PHOENIX, AZ (December 21, 2021) – Saturday night, a 15-year-old girl was killed in a deadly car accident on 7th Avenue and Camelback Road.

Authorities responded to the scene at the intersection around 8:30 p.m., after receiving multiple dispatch calls.

Per reports, the driver of a vehicle was traveling south on 7th Avenue and attempted to turn left onto Camelback Road. There, the driver struck a northbound vehicle.

Shortly after, paramedics rushed a 15-year-old girl to a nearby hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. The male driver of her vehicle also sustained critical injuries.

Moreover, two men occupying the southbound vehicle driver sustained moderate injuries. The driver of the northbound car was brought to a hospital in critical condition.

At this time, further events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, an active investigation is still underway.
