30-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Accident near Highway 120

MANTECA, CA (January 22, 2024) Taylor McClure died Sunday night in a two-car crash on southbound Highway 99.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:22 p.m. on the southbound lanes of the freeway near Highway 120. McClure, for reasons under investigation, lost control of her southbound vehicle, resulting in a collision with the center divider. Another vehicle then rear-ended McClure’s car.

Due to the severity of the injuries sustained, emergency medical personnel transported 30-year-old McClure to San Joaquin General Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. It remains unclear whether the driver of the second vehicle suffered any injuries.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is urging anyone with additional information about the fatal two-car collision on Highway 99 to contact the CHP Stockton area office at 209-938-4800.
