So many parties… so much pandemonium… so little time. As previously noted, SXSW Interactive revolves primarily around the nightlife. Each year the parties get bigger, and each year far too many of them have the word “tech” in their title. Fortunately, mile long lines and an abundance of tweets kept us alerted on where to find all the action. Thanks to the folks over at CrowdFlower, the team responsible for initiating and aggregating the amusing and absurd #SXWEIRD tweets, we have a special party analysis on the most buzzed about social gatherings during SXSW Interactive.

In total, over 3,650 tweets were judged, while 730 unique tweets were assessed by five different people. According to CrowdFlowers data, the top four tweeted parties in descending order were Mashbash, TechKaraoke, Twitter and #thePARTY.

Here is an analysis for how well the top four and a few other soirees ranked on a scale of 1-5, five being the most badass. Zero percent of the groups thought any of the parties ranked a zero. Only one percent of any of the respondents thought one of the parties, the Twitter party to be exact, ranked a five.
